Amaiya Aberg, three month old daughter of Alicia Aberg died Monday, May 21 at her home of Sudden Infant Death.

Funeral services for Amaiya were held on Friday, May 25 at the New Hope United Methodist Church.

Amaiya is survived by her mother Alicia Aberg of Grimes and her father Travis O’Brien of Des Moines; grandparents: Donald “Fred” and Kathy Aberg of Grimes and David and Vickie O’Brien of Des Moines; and great-grandmother Lois Dotzler of Cresco.

Amaiya was preceded in death by great-grandfathers: Eugene Aberg and John Dotzler; and greatgrandmother: Dorothy Aberg.
