Tony Maly, 35, of Cresco, Iowa passed away and went to heaven on Friday, May 27, 2011 after losing a battle with numerous illnesses.

Tony was born in Minneapolis, MN on May 7, 1976. He moved to Austin, MN and graduated from Austin High School. He got married and had 4 wonderful children, Cheyenne, Trystann, Dakota, and Aaliyah. He later got divorced. He came to Cresco with a friend in July 2006. He met his current wife, Jesie, and they married on June 9, 2007. She had four children from previous relationships, Sierra, Tanner, Jamie, and Dominic. Tony went on to adopt Jamie and Dominic as his own.

Tony was a great husband, Father, and friend to all. He was the person if you needed help he was there for you. His family was his life. He loved spending time with his friends and family. He loved riding motorcycles. He was a great, happy, and loving person with a huge heart. He loved to bbq, and cook in general, worked piercing at Unusual Expressions, and was a welder at Featherlite. He was loved by many and will never be forgotten.

He is survived by his wife, Jesie (Kuhse) Maly of Cresco, IA, four daughters, Cheyenne, Trystann, Aaliyah of Austin, MN, Sierra of Cresco, IA, four sons, Dakota of Austin, MN, Tanner, Jamie and Dominic of Cresco, IA, his parents, Dan and Barb Maly of Austin, MN, his grandmother, Rose Stundahl of Austin, MN, a brother, D.J., a sister Camile, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends that were like brothers to him.

He is preceded in death by two grandfathers.

Visitation:
Friends may greet the family from 3-7 p.m. on Friday, June 3, 2011 at the Lindstrom Funeral Home.

No other services are being planned.
