Jeanie Wolfe, 52, of Cresco passed away unexpectedly Monday, February 28, 2011 at home of natural causes. It was Jeanie's wish to have no services, but the family is planning a memorial at a later date.

Jeanie Kay Wolfe was born October 20, 1958 in Mishawaka, IN, the daughter of Eugene and Martha Bixler. Jeanie was married to Jerry Wolfe December 2, 1977. Jeanie was President and co-owner of Wolfe Drilling Supply & Consultants, Inc. Jeanie loved her family and especially loved spending time with her grandson, Ryland. She was an excellent southern style cook and loved trying new recipes. She enjoyed being outside and all of her beloved pets.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Wolfe, her daughter Ashley (Jeff) Schmakel of Ostrander, MN, son Tanner (Callie) Wolfe of Spring Valley, MN, and her grandson Ryland. Jeanie is also survived by her sister, Melodie (Joseph) Landes of Casper, WY, her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Alberta Thomas of Jasonville, IN, sister-in-law Robin (Merrick) Herakovich also of Jasonville, IN, as well as many dear and close friends. She will be sorely missed by all.

Jeanie was preceded in death by her father and mother.

Service:
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
