Dawson-Gibbons.
W. W. Dawson of the Porter hotel, this city, and Miss Jennie F. Gibbons of Rigby, were married at Ogden, Tuesday evening, Dec. 26, by Rev. W. W. Fleetwood. Mrs. Dawson has charge of a school in the north part of the county, and will complete the term there.
The wedding was a very quiet affair, and no one here knew of it until word was telephoned to Heise Springs, to Mrs. A. V. Scott, an intimate friend of the bride, who was visiting there. Col. Jerry Deneen, who is at Heise, also, learned of the wedding of his friends and telephoned the news here. Mr. Dawson acknowledged the wedding when information was sent here and accepted best wishes and passed out the cigars.
Mr. Dawson has a fine ranch in the Mud Lake country and will probably make his home there this summer.
