Married.
MULLEN-FLOOD—At the Church of the Assumption, Cresco, Iowa, Wednesday, June 1st, by Rev. M. A. McCarty, Wm. F. Mullen and Bernadina Flood.
The ceremony occured at 9 o’clock in the morning, and was followed by a wedding breakfast at their new home just east of town which has been waiting for its mistress for some time, and a reception was also held at the same place in the evening.
The groom is a son of John Mullen, the bride a daughter of Bernard Flood, and both have been reared in this vicinity, where their friends are legion. The groom is an honest and industrious young man of good habits and his bride is one of Cresco’s very best young ladies, one in every way qualified to make him a helpmeet in every sense of the word.
The PLAIN DEALER extends congratulations and best wishes for their happiness and prosperity.
