The marriage of Mr. Fred Marshall of Howard Center, to Miss Jennie Lockie of this city, was solemnized at the home of the bride’s parent’s, Wednesday evening, Dec. 22, 1897, Rev. L. M. Pierce officiating. Only the immediate relatives of the family and a few personal friends were present. After the ceremony a supper was served to those present. The young couple will begin housekeeping at once, starting out in life on the farm of the groom’s mother. The Gazette joins with their many friends in wishing them health, wealth and happiness, as they pass o’er the seas of life.
