Dear Archivist;
I am curious to know whether there is more information concerning the patient: PG#135B LN#60 Enum Distr 44-5 SH#11B Last Name: Jackson First Name: Ernest Birth Place: Iowa
Mr. Jackson is my wife's grandfather. It is told a head injury caused a mental problem which caused him great trouble. It is said he died at the institution and was not discovered for several days.
We will appreciate any and all effort to accomodate us in this query
