Milton Conrad, son of Frank J. and Selma Conrad, was born February 2, 1902, died April 12, 1910, aged 8 years, 2 months, and 10 days. We understand that the boy had been ailing for some time, but nothing serious was apprehended until a week or ten days before his death. The final attack that did the work and ended a bright life in early childhood was pleuritic effusion. We did not know the child but he is said to have been more than ordinarily bright, and a very manly boy. The funeral was conducted on Thursday by Rev. S. M. Musselman and interment was made in North Hill cemetery. The attendance at the funeral was large, the schools having been dismissed to allow the children to attend.
