Mrs. Isa Traxler Taken By DeathMrs. Isa Leona Traxler, 88, died at the Kennedy Nursing Home early Sunday morning after a long illness.
She was the daughter of John L. and Mary Elizabeth [Nichols] Robinson and was born at Moundsville, W. Va., April 30, 1872.
She had lived in Mt. Pleasant for the past 40 years.
On September 26, 1890 she was married to Isaac Traxler, who died in 1940.
A daughter, Ruth died in 1901 at the age of eight years.
She is survived by a sister, Isabelle Robinson, of Wheeling, W. Va., and by several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Traxler will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the R. K. Crane funeral Home. Dr. George E. LaMore of Iowa Wesleyan College will officiate.
Interment will be at Oak Grove cemetery, northwest of Mt. Pleasant.
