Killed by Lightning.
Britt, Iowa, June 27.—Mike Neugent, an old soldier and promi{n}ent citizen of Britt, was instantly killed by lightning. He leaves a large family.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows the name is spelled Nugent and that he was born April 22, 1840 and is buried in St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
