Harriett L. Isaacson, 74, Webster City, died Tuesday, May 7, 2002 at Southfield Wellness Community. Memorial services will be held Monday, May 13, 2002 at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Kem officiating. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Visitation will be held Saturday at the Foster Funeral Home from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Memorial donations in memory of Harriett, may be made to the First Baptist Church in Webster City.

Harriett Louise Isaacson, daughter of Richard and Wynnie Zitterell Rhodes, was born August 21, 1927 at Webster City. She received her education from the Webster City Community Schools, graduating in 1944. On June 12, 1948 she married Ronald T. Isaacson at Webster City. The couple lived in Webster City. She was employed by the Kendall Young Library, the Daily Freeman-Journal, was a bookkeeper for Iowa Brass and Specialty in Webster City and was a secretary for 12 years at the First Baptist Church until her retirement in 1999.

In addition to her husband Ronald, she is survived by her two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Anna Isaacson of Fort Dodge, Neil and Sue Isaacson of Eugene, Ore., daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Donald Lund of Des Moines, five grandsons, two granddaughters and a great-grandson.

Mrs. Isaacson was preceded in death by her parents, six brothers, R. Roderick, Douglas, Paul, Jim Dudley and Pat Rhodes.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church where she was active in several church offices and circles. She was also a member of the Alathean Sunday School Class and Sit N' Sew Club.
