Original Notice- To Richard Fisher:
You are hereby notified that there is now on file in the office of the clerk of the district court of Hamilton county, Iowa, a petition of Sarah Fisher claiming of you a divorce from the bonds of matrimony on account of desertion. Also, asking for the west half of lots three and four block 12, and lots 2,3,4, and 6 block 9 situated in Homer, Hamilton county, Iowa, as alimony, and unless you appear thereto and defend before noon of the second day of the next term of the district court of said county commencing at Webster City on the 30th day of April, A.D. 1866, your default will be taken and judgment and decree rendered against you in pursuance of the prayer of said petition.
