Jutting Rites At Wellsburg Tuesday

Services for Will U. Jutting, 78, will be held at the East Friesland Church near Wellsburg Tuesday, April 1. Mr. Jutting died Saturday at the Eldora Community Hospital.

Rev. Kenneth Remer will officiate with Mrs. Leonard Ohlman and Mrs. Merlin Bangasser providing the vocal duet. Mrs. Virgil Heetland will be organist with Mrs. Merle Johns and Mrs. Cathryn Berends serving as flower ladies.

Burial will be in the church cemetery with Juchem Juchems, Herman Primus, Harold Jaspers, Arend Fisher, Abe H. Jaspers, and Harvey V. Abbas as casket bearers. Andrle and Creps Funeral Home of Eldora is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jutting was born July 22, 1890 in Shiloh township in Grundy county to Ubbe W. and Susie Christians Jutting. He attended rural schools in the area and served in the Army during World War I.

He married Mabel Oelmann November 17, 1925, and made their home on the Jutting farm where he was born. They raised a niece, Mrs. Wayne (Berthamae) Norris of Greenfield as their own daughter.

Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister. His survivors include his wife, one daughter, one grandson, two sisters, Mrs. Jennie Kuper of Ellsworth, Minn., and Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth) Ross of Wellsburg and one brother, John, of Wellsburg.
