Mrs. Elmer Drenner

Cedar Falls--Services for Mrs. Louise Anna Drenner, 83, of the Cedar West Nursing Home, will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the Nottger Funeral Home chapel. Edward Kramer of Jehovah's Witnesses will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Mrs. Drenner died at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the nursing home of cirrhosis of the liver. She was born July 22, 1888, in Grundy County to August H. and Dorothea Anna Stolte Behrens and was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses.

Survivors include her husband, Elmer Drenner of the Lawn City Nursing Home; three sons: Clifford of 5001 S. Main St. Rd., Herbert of 4725 S. Main St. Rd., and Orville of Cumberland; a daughter, Mrs. Earl Christian of Vinton; three brothers: Carl Behrens of 722 W. 6th St., Harvey Behrens of 436 N. Francis St., and Harold Behrens of Newton; one sister, Mrs. Esther Pahnisch of Nashua; 20 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, one sister and one grandson.

The family suggests that memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society. Friends may call at the funeral home until the time of the service.
