EVERETT SMITH DEAD
Everett Smith died at Oelwein Monday night after an illness extending over two or more years. He spent his boyhood in West Union, coming here with his parents in the early fifties, and going to Oelwein ten or fifteen years ago. He was a carpenter by trade and a skilled workman. A wife and one son, the latter a resident of California, survive him.
