Not all Emmet County obituaries are posted on the Emmet County Iowa Genealogical Page--only those submitted to Janet Berkson, who is in charge of the page. You are welcome to send an obituary for anyone buried in Emmet County to her and she will post it.
You will find all the Emmet County cemeteries listed on the Emmet County page with the names of the people buried in them.
If you have access to a Mormon library you can order Federal census records of Emmet County, Iowa for 1870, 1880 (none for 1890), 1900 to and including 1930. The 1860 census of Emmet County is listed on the Emmet county Iowa Gen page. Our library has Iowa State census records for 1885, 1895 as well and the federal censuses named bove. There would be a fee for a search here. Our information is only that of Emmet County--not for the rest of the state.
