Bonnie Marie Myers, daughter of Lloyd and Betty (Gillett) Mitchell, was born on October 2, 1952, in Estherville, Iowa. She passed away on May 16, 2022, at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota at the age of 69 years.

Bonnie attended school at Estherville. She was united in marriage to Richard Dale in April of 1973. The couple had three children Amber, Grant, and Morgan. Bonnie enjoyed being a housewife and helping on the farm. The couple later divorced, and she was married to David Myers on October 2, 1987. To this union three children were born, Brooke, Gregg, and David.

Bonnie enjoyed listening to all kinds of music. She loved taking care of her flowers and being outside in the summer months; especially being at the lake, camping, and visiting in Florida. Winters were her least favorite time of year. Bonnie had a love for shopping for hours, both at the mall and around the area hitting up garage sales. Baking and spending time with her grandchildren brought joy to Bonnie's life. She had a love for animals, especially her dog Cici.

Bonnie is survived by her children Amber (Jason) Linn, Grant Dale, Morgan (Casey) Campbell, Brooke (Tyler) Osborn, Greggory Lobato, and David Lobato. She is also survived by her grandchildren Briana, Kiana, Kayla, Kylee, Paris, Jada, Mia, Jocelyn, Madilyn, Noah, Mason, Macie, Lexi, and Alivia; and her brother Ronnie Mitchell.

Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, husband David Myers, brother Floyd Mitchell, nephew Jamie Mitchell, niece Ashlie Mitchell, and great-nephew Christopher Aaron Mitchell.

A funeral service was held Monday, May 23, 2022 at the Henry-Olson Funeral Home in Estherville. Interment was at Armstrong Grove Cemetery, Armstrong, Iowa.
