Bonnie Burnice (Richardson) Davis, the daughter of Gerald and Jeanette (Monk) Richardson, was born September 21, 1953, in Estherville, Iowa. She died Saturday, August 7, 2021, at Avera Holy Family Hospital in Estherville at the age of 67.

She received her education in the Estherville schools, graduating from Estherville High School. Following graduation, she attended college.

Bonnie was united in marriage to Dennis Davis on March 25, 1995, at Union Baptist Church in Estherville. The couple made their home in Estherville where they began raising their family. Bonnie was employed at Polaris Industries in Spirit Lake, retiring in October of 2011. In her leisure time she enjoyed cross stitching, camping with her family, going to coffee with friends and family and most especially spending time with her grandchildren.

She was a member of Grandview Baptist Church in Estherville.

Left to cherish Bonnie's memory are her husband, Dennis of Estherville; daughter, Vikki Zea and her husband Mike of Estherville; son, Ted Rivera of Estherville; daughter, Erica Tufte of Estherville; grandchildren, Sierrah, Stevie, Jade, Miranda, Anthony, Xavier, ELECTA, Braxton, Joscelyn and Fiona; four great-grandchildren with two on the way; sister, Kathy Nordhausen and nieces and nephews.

Preceding Bonnie in death were her daughter, Allisha Davis; her parents Gerald and Jeanette Richardson and brothers, Dan and Don Richardson.

A funeral service was held Thursday, August 12, 2021 at the Grandview Baptist Church in Estherville with interment at Oak Hill Cemetery, Estherville.
