Sister Margaret Ellen Brennan (Brice), OP, died April 17, 2018. Professed in 1947, she served as culinary artist in the following convents: SS. Peter and Paul, Kingfisher, OK; Trinity High School, River Forest, IL; Bethlehem, Faribault, MN; Dominican Motherhouse, Sinsinawa, WI; St. Cecilia, Omaha, NE; St. Mary, Cheyenne, WY; Regina, Minneapolis; Visitation, Chicago; and Villa Schifanoia, Florence, Italy. Sr. Margaret Ellen ministered as a licensed practical nurse at St. Dominic Villa, Dubuque, IA, where she also served as nurse aide; Misericordia Home South, Chicago; Dominican Motherhouse, Sinsinawa; Queen of Peace Ministry Center, Burbank, IL; and Trinity Convent, River Forest, IL. She served as prioress of the Queen of Peace Convent, Burbank, and volunteered at the Motherhouse, Sinsinawa.
