Mrs. Margaret Waring, died yesterday morning. She was the wife of Joseph Waring, the ex-wood measurer, and was a native of County Kilkenny, Ireland, being born in 1827. In 1847, shortly after their marriage, she and her husband emigrated to America, coming to Dubuque after a residence of five years in Chicago. Mrs. Waring was the mother of five children, two of whom survive. She was an admirable women whose death is a distinct loss not only to her immediate relatives, but to the community at large.
