FARM FOR SALE-The undersigned opens for sale his farm 3 ½ miles west of Cascade, in Richland Township, Jones County, Iowa. Said farm containing fifty acres, thirty-five under plow, six in meadow, and nine in pasture and timber, good house and plenty of water. Terms of sale are half cash down, the balance on one year’s time. We also sell or exchange for farm and my property in Cascade, consisting of two houses and five lots.
