St. Joseph’s at Farley

The fair for the benefit of St. Joseph’s parsonage will open at Farley, Wednesday evening, January 15. Popular contests for prizes will be leading features of the fair. The candidates for a valuable gold ring will be Misses Julia Elliot and Lizzie Murray; for a handsome saddle Francis Hogan and John Strief; for gold headed cane, W. V. Oldbridge and John Gibbs. Music will be furnished by home talent assisted by Quinn’s band, of Dubuque. A cordial invitation is extended to everybody, and a goodtime is promised.
