LAUNCHED-The fourteen oared pleasure boat, DeSoto, built for the use of the Dubuque Rowing Club, was launched last evening by a picked crew of the club, in the presence of a large number of spectators. The barge was rowed up to Eagle Point and back, and fully confirmed all the good opinions that has been entertained of her. She is a perfect beauty, and the members of the club may well feel proud of her.
