Lois Irene Anderson, 44, of Reno, Nev., formerly of Burlington, died Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1998, at her home.
Born Oct. 23, 1954, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Francis Peter and Mary Elizabeth Collett Anderson.
Miss Anderson was a 1972 graduate of Burlington High School and a 1975 graduate of Southeastern Community College. During her senior year of high school, she worked at Schramm's in the DECA program. She worked at Antennacraft for one year and Champion Spark Plug for several years before moving to Reno, where she was an insurance agent for National Business Associates for five years.
She was a former member of First Baptist Church in Burlington.
Survivors include her mother of Burlington; seven brothers, Francis Jim Anderson of West Burlington, Robert, Dean, Jerry, Don and David Anderson, all of Burlington, and Roger Anderson of Indianapolis, Ind.; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her companion, James Green of Reno, Nev.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. Friday in Lunning Chapel, where the family will receive friends from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
The memorial service for Miss Anderson will be at 6:30 p.m. Friday in Lunning Chapel, with the Rev. Charles Stevens officiating.
