Sister Mary Fabian

Sister Mary Fabian, 75, of Mount St. Clare in Clinton, died this morning at Mercy hospital after an extended illness. She was a sister of the Order of the Sisters of St. Francis.

Born in Iowa on Feb. 22, 1878, she was the daughter of Bernard and Rose McKeever Ward.

Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Fran Finn, Dubuque, and Mrs. Joe Devine, Cascade; and a nephew, Father Bradshaw, Volga City.

Funeral services will be held in the Mercy hospital chapel on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. with Father Bradshaw in charge. Burial will be in Sacred Heart cemetery.
