Granaman, Jesse I. - Obituary, (originally published in The Burlington Hawk-Eye Gazette, page 9, April 21, 1951; Burlington, Des Moines County, Iowa).

Jesse I. Granaman, 65, life resident of Des Moines county, died at 1:30 p.m. Friday (April 20, 1951) after an extended illness. Granaman, who had farmed many years, was born August 30, 1885, in Des Moines county, the son of William and Frances Sorber Granaman, and was married to the late Verna Calloway.

Surviving are 3 brothers, Charles H. Granaman, Sperry; Martin and Grover Granaman, both of Burlington; and one sister, Mrs. Bessie Isett, Glendale, California.

The body is at Prugh's chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park cemetery. Other arrangements will be announced later.
