Arlene M. Schubert, 73, of Burlington, died at 8:05 a.m. Thursday, May 8, 2003 at Rosebush Gardens.

Born June 12, 1927, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Frederick and Mildred A. Koett Pratt. Ms. Schubert was a laborer for Arness Bottle Co. She was a member of Sts. John and Paul Catholic Church. She enjoyed working in her yard and flower gardens.

Survivors include one daughter, Connie May of Burlington; one son, Robert Schubert of Minneapolis; four grandchildren; one stepgrandchild; two great-great-granddaughters; one brother, Dick Pratt of Arizona; and three sisters, Helen Schwartz, Dorothy Hester and Margaret Sieberling, all of Burlington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, step mother and two brothers.

There will be no visitation or services. The body has been cremated.

A private family graveside service for Ms. Schubert will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery at a later date. Prugh Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
