Delores Jane Wagler, 75, of Burlington, died on Tuesday, February 7, 2006, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa.

Born October 19, 1930, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Everett and Dorothy Reinert Long. On May 20, 1960, she married Ulysses D. Wagler in Keokuk. He died September 14, 1988.

Mrs. Wagler was a homemaker.

She attended Burlington schools. She was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and laughing. She enjoyed country music. For many years, she and her husband enjoyed going to auctions and buying and selling antiques and collectibles.

Survivors include three daughters; Marcia Bickel of Denver, Colorado, Mary (John) Tabron of San Diego, California and Michelle "Shelly" Wagler of Burlington; three brothers, Gerald (Thena) Long of Danville, Iowa and Rick (Sheila) Long and Randy (Connie) Long both of Burlington, Iowa; one sister, Sharon (Carl) Yeager of Casper, Wyoming; three grandchildren, Tabitha and Charity Tabron and Emilie Bickel; two sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Long and Elsie Wagler both of Burlington; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; and several cousins.

Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Donald Long, and one son-in-law, Ron Bickel.

A memorial has been established in her name.

Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park Cemetery.
