Daniel Lee Rollins, 70, of Burlington, died at 9 p.m. Thursday, January 1, 2004, at his home.

Born November 9, 1933, in Rome, Iowa he was the son of William Pleasant and Mary Peterson Rollins.

Mr. Rollins was of the Protestant faith.

Survivors include a brother, Lawrence Rollins of Des Moines; a sister, Marjorie Robinson of Burlington; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preced in death by his parets, four brothers and four sisters.

There will be no formal visitation. Friends may call after noon on Tuesday at Prugh's Chapel.

The funeral for Mr. Rollins will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Prugh's Chapel with the Rev. Richard Dutzer officiating. Burial will be in the Aspen Grove Cemetery.

A memorial has been established for Hope Haven Area Development Center.
