Carter Phillip Reth,son of Harold C. Jr. and Laura Turnis Reth of Hopkinton, was stillborn Tuesday, Nov. 18, 1997, in University Hospitals, Iowa City. Services were held Wednesday at Clifton Funeral Home, Earlville, by the Rev. Jim Hanke. Burial was in the Fairview Cemetery, Earlville.

Surviving are his parents; three brothers, James, and birth siblings, Thomas and Benjamin; and two sisters, Taylor and birth sibling, Cassie.
