BROKE JAIL

ESCAPED from the Dubuque County jail, on Monday, the 5th Nov., about 5 o'clock P. M., ISAAC S. BARTON, a prisoner sent from Delaware County for safe keeping, and awaiting his trial, on the charge of horse stealing.
Said Barton is 30 or 35 years old, about 5 feet seven inches in height, dark curly hair, inclined to be bald; has a peculiar habit of gritting his teeth; had on when he left a good fur cap, dark dress coat, dark stripped Pantaloons.

Any person who will deliver said Barton to the undersigned, or give such information as will lead to his apprehension, will be liberally rewarded.
