Charles, the three year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Bagsby, residing on the Allen McIntosh farm, north of Earlville, was painfully injured last week when he got his fingers caught in the gearing of a cream separator. The child was playing about the separator and managed to turn the handle and his left hand was completely mashed. He was brought to town at once and a surgeon dressed his hand. The little fellow lost the third and fourth fingers in the accident.
