CURWEN. At Lamoni, Iowa, Friday, March 27, 1896, Bro. William H. Curwen, formerly of Plano, Illinois.

The deceased was born in London, England, June 14, 1837; was married in New York City, August 12, 1860, to Martha E. Pitt; was baptized May 28, 1867, by Elder H. S. Dille; was ordained a teacher at Plano, Illinois, October 24, 1871, by Elder Isaac Sheen and A. Hendrickson.

He leaves wife, four sons, and two daughters. Funeral services at the residence of his daughter, Sr. Mattie Rabidou, conducted by Elder H. A. Stebbins.
