of Iowa, in and for Decatur County.
October Term, 1912.
W.C. Hines, Plaintiff
vs
Dollie Hines, Defendant

To Said Defendant:
You are hereby notified that there is now on file the petition of plaintiff in the above entitled cause, in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of the State of Iowa, in and for Decatur County, praying that he be divorced from the defendant, Dollie Hines; that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between plaintiff and defendant be dissolved, and alleges as grounds therefor that the plaintiff and defendant were legally married at Leon, Decatur County, Iowa, on December 24, 1904, and lived together as husband and wife until on or about the --- day of February, 1906; that the defendant herein in violation of her marriage vows has, since her marriage with the plaintiff, been guilty of adultery. And for such other and further relief as may be just and equitable in the premises and for costs.

And that unless you appear thereto and defend before noon of the second day of the October Term, A.D., 1912, of said court, which will commence at Leon on the 28th day of October, A.D., 1912, default will be entered against you and judgment rendered thereon.
