DAVID HALBACH, of North Little Rock, died January 7, 2022. He is survived by longtime friend and companion, Kaye Gilbert; daughters, Anne Gorden (William) and Kate Halbach (Darcy Brazen); granddaughter, Katie; and sister, Connie Kissack.
