Allen Dean Edfors, 59, of Clinton, Iowa, passed away at the University of Iowa Hospitals on Monday, January 24, 2022. Honoring his wishes, cremation rites have been accorded with a celebration of his life taking place from 3 pm to 5 pm on Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Lemke Funeral Homes - South Chapel. Private burial occurs at a later date. Lemke Funeral Homes assisted the family with arrangements.
Allen was born January 22, 1963 in Clinton, Iowa the son of Jerry and Shirley (Johnston) Edfors. He was a graduate of Camanche High School.
Allen was united in marriage to Barb Simmons on August 9, 1996 in Clinton, Iowa.
