G. L. Temple will commence the erection of a handsome brick building, 50x70, two stories high, on the present site of the frame building on Fifth Avenue. Mr. Temple finds the new building a necessity owing to his rapidly increasing business. Mr. Temple has a wide reputation as a No. 1 artist and since he has become connected with the Amplotype work his present quarters has become too inadequate for his business.
