Hans W. Thompson died at Hot Springs, Arkansas, January 3rd, 1920, at 10:10 a.m. at the age fifty-seven years, one month and twenty days. Disease causing death, Gastro Enteritis.
Deceased was born in Wagner township Clayton County, Iowa, November 13th, 1862, the son of William and Barbro Thompson.
He lived on the old farm in Wagner township until 1903, then he went South to Hot Springs, Arkansas, where he bought an interest in the Metropolitan Rooming House on 921-Cental Ave. where he has made his home until his death. He is survived by three brothers and one sister, Thov and Rachel of Hot Springs, Arkansas, and Herbran and Lars of Farmersburg. The funeral took place January 8th from Norway Church Rev. Arvesen officiated.
