Ernest Breske*, died at the residence of his son William, in this township, the 13th inst. He was born in Germany in 1816, and emigrated to this country in 1874, coming direct to Clayton county, where he has since resided.

He leaves eight children, the most of whom are grown to man and womanhood. The funeral occurred on Sunday last, his remains being laid away to their final rest, in the cemetery on the East Side.

Note: East Side cemetery records give surname spelling as Barske
