Former Giard Resident Buried At Garnavillo Wednesday Afternoon.

GIARD: Wm. Ahlers, an old-time resident of Giard, died at the home of his daughter near Clermont, last Wednesday. Funeral services were held at Clermont and from there to Garnavillo. Those who attended from here were Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Lenth, Mr. and Mrs. John Allert, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Miller, Mr. and Mrs. John Lembke, Henry Klotzbach, B. J. Wickersheim and T. E. Hartwick.
