Mrs. Minnie Ovida Engan was born April 24, 1891, a daughter of Peter and Ingre Olfstedahl. She was baptized and confirmed in the Willington church near Spring Grove, Minn. January 21, 1911, she married John Engan. She died March 9, 1932. Funeral services were held at McGregor, Mar. 11, 1932, the Rev. S. J. Strandjord of St. Olaf officiating. The body was taken to Spring Grove, Mar. 12, for burial. Four children preceded her in death and are all buried at Spring Grove. She leaves to mourn her death her husband, John Engan of McGregor, four children, Norris LeRoy, Howard Pernell, Ioe Delma and Joan May. Her mother and father are living at Spring Grove, as are three brothers and one sister, Obert, Grant and Lester Olfstedahl and Mrs. Ida Ekker.
