Learn, S. Ellen died 1878

LEARN, BEAIS, BEALS

Died in Farmersburg, at the residence of Mr. H. Koth, Tuesday, October 16th, 1878 of typhoid fever, S. E. Learn in the 26th year of her age.

The deceased was a sister of Mrs. W. Beais, of this place, and had made many warm friends during her short residence among us. Her parents hastened to her at the first inclination of her illness and remained with her until death relieved her suffering. Funeral service were held at Mr. Koth’s, conducted by Rev. Mr. Downs, after which the remains were taken to her old home near West Union, for interment.
