Elkader Register, Thur., 6 Jan. 1921. Garnavillo column.

The body of Mrs. Dietrich Berns (sic), who died at her home in Guttenberg, Iowa, was brought here for burial Monday P.M. Funeral services were held by Rev. K. Wm. Braun at St. Paul's church, and interment was made in the new cemetery.
