At the home of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Barrows, 514 W. Diamond, on Tuesday morning, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Margaret, to Herbert Thoreson, of St. Olaf, Iowa. Rev. J. J. Davis, pastor of the Whitefield church, Sioux City, performed the ceremony. The bride is the second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Barrows, a graduate of the Model school of the Southwest Missouri Teachers College, Springfield, Mo., and 2 years at Iowa State Teachers College at Cedar Falls. She has been teaching primary grades for the past 3 years at Farmersburg. The groom is the only son of Mr. and Mrs. Ole Thoreson of St. Olaf, now being employed by the Universal Producing Co.
