Last Thursday at Marshalltown at the home of the bride's parents occurred the marriage of Miss Dorothy Moningu and Mr. Gorda Gill of this place. Rev. Jordan pastor of the Presbyterian church of Albia uniting the lives of these young people. The bride for a year and a half was the domestic science teacher in our public school and while here the romance was started which has culminated in the taking of the marriage vows. Last June she graduated from Coe College at Cedar Rapids. The groom is the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. J. S. Gill and is manager of the Franklin Furniture Co., and respected by all. All who know him are proud to be counted among his friends, and that he will make an ideal husband for the lady he has chosen for his life partner is the testimony of all who know him. After a short honeymoon trip to Chicago Mr. and Mrs. Gill returned to this place.
