Stroschein - Berns marriage - 1935

Miss Anna Berns, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Berns was married in St. Joseph's church at Garnavillo, Thursday morning, Feb. 28, at 8 o'clock to Mr. Leander Stroschein, son of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Stroschein of Garber. The Rev. Henry Sharphoff officiated. Mrs. L. Connell and Raymond Berns were the witnesses.

A breakfast for the guests was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Lizzie Connell. The young couple will make their home on the Berns farm. We join a host of friends in extending best wishes to these worthy young people.
