Georgetta (Campbell) Blackburn appears to have been born on August 23, 1850 in Pennsylvania to George Campbell and ? Russell. I hope this helps a little.

I looked at her death certificate.

1921 Fremont County, Iowa #36-1451
Her name is listed as Georgetta Blockborn
Date of Birth: August 23, 1850, Pennsylvania
Date of Death: March 3, 1921 in Tabor, Fremont, Iowa
70 years, 7 months, 10 days
female, white, married [Samuel Blockborn], housekeeper
Father: George Campbell, born Pennsylvania
Mother's maiden name: Russell
Cause of death: Toxemia from intestinal paralysis and general paresis
Burial in Tabor Cemetery, March 4, 1921
Undertaker: A.S. Bloedel
Informant: Mrs. Silas Yates, Tabor, Iowa
