Gladys Anna Hartman, 82, died Jan. 2, 20Q3, at Countryside' Estates, Cherokee, following a lengthy illness. Private family services will be held at the Floyd Valley Cemetery, Hinton. Greenwood Funeral Home in Cherokee, is in charge of the arrangements.

Gladys was born Feb. 21, 1920 near Hinton to Theodore and Mary (Waechter) Hartman. She attended schools in Hinton.

Survivors include two brothers, William Hartman and his wife, Sandy, of Chatsworth, Calif.; Daryl Hartman and his wife, Marge of Le Mars; two sisters, Lorrain Parsons and Fern Portteus and her husband Paul of Seattle, Wash.; one sister-in-law Ruth Hartman of Sioux City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers: LeRoy, Louis, Theodore, Harley, Raymond; three sisters, Ruth, Erma, and Mary.
