Tracy Marvin Green, 52 of Mason City passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit – Hospice of North Iowa in Mason City surrounded by his family.

Per his wishes, his body has been cremated and a burial will be held at a later date.

Tracy Marvin Green was born on November 29, 1965 in Faribault, Minnesota, to Terry and Jerry (Grahlman) Green. He grew up in Mason City, graduating from Mason City High School in 1984. Tracy then continued his education at NIACC, graduating with his Associates of Science in Business Degree in 1990. Later he obtained an Accounting Degree through Buena Vista. During his High School years Tracy worked at KMART- here he would meet friends that would last him a lifetime. Over the last 20 years, he worked at Crescent Park in various positions until his passing.

Through his entire life, Tracy had a love for art; always having art supplies in the house. He enjoyed listening to music. When Tracy was younger he collected comic books, seeking out old treasures. Reading was one of Tracy's loves. When he was younger, he could often be found spending time at the Mason City Public Library. This hobby was carried through Tracy's life. Recently Tracy had discovered a passion for the Stock Market. He had opened a brokerage account and traded online, constantly reading up on information about the market itself.

Those left to cherish Tracy's memory are his siblings, Trevor Green of Clear Lake and Tricia (Dennis) Green of Mason City; nieces and nephews, Alexis, Tyler, and Zachary; great nieces and nephews, Isabella, Alexander, Natalia, and Emilio; lifetime friends, Dawn and Vickie; as well as many aunts, uncles, and extended family members.

Preceding him in death are his parents, Terry and Jerry (Grahlman) Green, paternal grandparents, and maternal grandparents.
