Keith Hall, 77, of Mason City, died Saturday, (February 27, 2016) at Muse Norris Hospice - Inpatient Unit, Mason City.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, (March 4, 2016) at Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel, 126 3rd Street NE, Mason City, with Reverend Scott Davis officiating. Burial will follow the service in Memorial Park Cemetery, Mason City.

Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Military honors will be conducted by the Mason City Veterans.

Donations can be directed to the family, in which a memorial will be established at a later date.

Keith E. Hall, son of George & Amy (Adkins) Hall, was born November 16, 1938 in Mason City, Iowa. He graduated from Mason City High School, class of 1956. After graduating, he enlisted into the U.S. Navy for six years. Following the Navy, Keith worked as an over-the-road truck driver before becoming a manager of a Co-Op Fertilizer Company. He also worked as a welding supply distributor in Algona for a number of years. In his retirement, he moved to Texas, where he lived for the last ten years.

He enjoyed traveling to different states, going camping, canoeing, fishing and reading about Astronomy. During Keith's earlier years he did a lot of roller-skating and bowling. Keith valued the time that was spent with his family and friends. Keith was known to have great “one liners” and his humor will be dearly missed.

Keith is survived by his five children, Dawn (Kevin) Bruns, of Mason City, Melvin Hall, of Spirit Lake, Marvin Hall, of Mason City, John (Shannon) Nagle, Colvis, Ca., and David Nagle, Colvis, Ca.; brother, Melvin (Rolene) Hall, of Shreveport, La.; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; their grandmother/great grandmother, Margaret Hall, and dear friend, Sharon Amant.

Keith is preceded in death by his parents; son, Steven Hall; two brothers, George Hall, and Stanley Hall; sister, Virginia Casseday; special friend, Opal Sprague.
